Pre-station for production of Danish and Croissant dough according the Non-Extruded-Dough method (stress free) working width 600 mm.

  • N.E.D. Dough portioner system consisting of a dough hopper of which 2 sides are executed with conveyor belts to guide the dough from the hopper down to the actual portioner. The portioner consists of a guillotine type of knifes which are mounted horizontally under the hopper. The dough is fed through this system and is controlled by a laser-beam to grant an even weight per dough piece. The weight is adjustable and a built-in retracting system is putting that portioned dough piece onto the supply belt underneath. The dough pieces are basically penny stacked and will be formed to one continuous sheet. Executed with 2 variable speed drives, AC frequency controlled. Working width 600 mm.
