Radini Laminator

As a food producer in an ever changing market you need to meet steady quality levels over time and flexibility in producing your final products. The Radini laminator is developed to serve both needs. It produces high quality dough, the base for a high quality final product. And the production line is composed of several high quality modules providing you with the necessary flexibility. You can start with a very basic system, for instance a block processor for the production of dough blocks with margarine, and later build it up to a complete laminator for the production of puff pastry, danish pastry and bread dough with a maximum of 64 layers.
The line is operated with a PLC-system. One operator can reach a capacity of 800kg of dough per hour. With the fat pump’s nozzle the thickness can be easily adjusted for different recipes. As a result, you can work with margarine blocks.
