Local and 24/7 support

Worldwide support is provided through local service organisations, supported by the Rademaker Technology Centre in Culemborg, the Netherlands. Field service engineers are stationed worldwide, and the Service Helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assure rapid response and first line support in case of machine downtime.
