The Rademaker service helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can be sure of rapid response and first line support in case of machine downtime. Support is given by telephone, on-site or via remote diagnostics. In case of remote diagnostics, Rademaker accesses your equipment’s PLC system, to provide you with a quick solution to get your equipment up and running again as fast as possible.
