Rademaker bread dough pre sheeters generate stressfree dough sheets of any type with excellent weight control at the highest quality. Capacities ranging from 500 to 9.000 kg/h. The dough structure is untouched because of the dough friendly handling.

Weighing system

The patented Rademaker weighing conveyor achieves very high product weight accuracies, the highest in the industry. Rademaker developed Weight Control systems to meet the accuracy required by the customer. The weight of the passing dough is measured in-line while being transported over the weighing roller. The final product weight is perfectly achieved by using the measured data to control the guillotine for the exact cutting position. This results in a sheeting production line with equal or better weight accuracy levels compared to the traditional bread producing systems. The introduction of a production line with integrated weighing set-up directly leads to increasing product margins and profitability.
Moulding system

The Moulding table transfers dough slaps or pre-rolled slaps into consistent, smooth rolled dough products –e.g. baguettes, petit pain, free standing breads, and toast breads - at the required diameter and length. A combination of different moulding belts where the dough is being rolled to perfect shaped rolled products. Maximum product quality, easy operation and quick change-over times are guaranteed. The Rademaker Moulding table is designed to achieve the highest level of quality, flexibility and efficiency. Optimizing the operating settings demands craftsmanship. To ensure the repeatability of the operator settings, every tool is provided with their own straightedge, size declarant and/or locking position. These settings can be saved in the scratch values of the line’s program recipes.
