FLATBREAD SHEETING LINE
Rademaker bread dough pre sheeters generate stressfree dough sheets of any type with excellent weight control at the highest quality. Capacities ranging from 500 to 9.000 kg/h. The dough structure is untouched because of the dough friendly handling.
A lamination section can be added into the Flatbread Sheeting line. Layering the bread dough helps to influence the structure of the final product; a better oven spring and a fine crumb structure. Laminating also enables obtaining a fine structured dough. Besides these technology benefits, there are also operational advantages as it offers flexibility of the dough sheet width.
The dough is laminated by a laminating retracting belt and is placed in between the sheeting components of the bread line. Rademaker designed a special in-line laminating system that gives the opportunity to keep the configuration in a straight line.
The dough is reduced in thickness for a consistent, quality dough sheet (width and thickness). Rademaker is able to reduce the dough sheet to 0.6 mm.
A docking station creates the flatbread's product structure on top of the dough sheet.
Rademaker is able to produce and place a proofer into the Flatbread Sheeting line. It can be placed inline to proof continuous dough sheets prior to the product stamping and/or cutting, it can also proof individual dough products. Together with you we can determine what solution best suits you and your products.

The Rademaker Flatbread Sheeting line is designed for midsize to industrial bakeries. Production capacity can lead up to 12,000 kg dough per hour, consistently produced hour by hour, day by day, year by year. Wide product variety ranging from 20 to 0,6 mm thickness.
